We're sorry to see you go. Your privacy matters to us — here's how to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All conversation history and AI session data
- Your reflection journal entries
- Weekly insights and progress data
- All personal preferences and settings
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. This cannot be reversed.
How to Delete Your Account

From within the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

By email request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.
